Do you find yourself wrestling with your sense of self-worth? Are you repeating unfulfilling patterns in your relationships, career, or social life? Perhaps you feel stuck in a sense of dissatisfaction, yet you still hold onto the hope that a better path exists. Therapy can help you explore that path. Together, we can uncover your strengths, clarify your values, and work toward a life that feels more meaningful and fulfilling.
My approach to therapy is rooted in curiosity, empathy, and creativity. Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade as a designer, a career that taught me how to look at challenges from multiple perspectives and craft solutions that make life easier and more meaningful. This perspective informs my work in therapy—I strive to help clients "redesign" their lives in ways that align with their natural strengths, values, and aspirations. Good therapy, like good design, should work seamlessly to support who you are and how you function, rather than forcing you to conform to an ideal that doesn’t fit.
I view therapy as a collaborative, holistic journey—one that not only addresses your inner world of emotions, thoughts, and behaviors but also considers the environments, relationships, and contexts that shape your life. Informed by my own experiences as a late-diagnosed neurodivergent individual, I understand the importance of meeting challenges with compassion, not judgment.
Drawing from emotionally focused therapy (EFT) principles, I aim to create a space where you can feel safe, supported, and understood. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back, navigate the complexities of your experiences, and work to design a life that aligns with your values and strengths. Whether you're struggling with ADHD, relationships, identity, or life transitions, my goal is to provide the support you need to thrive.
Sometimes, even asking for help feels impossible. Taking that first step takes strength and courage, and even being here is a positive move in the right direction. You deserve support on your healing journey. If you’d like to explore whether I’m the right fit for you, reach out to book a free 30-minute online meet-and-greet.

On a personal note
I live in the rural Muskoka area, where I find joy and peace in connecting with nature. Life here allows me to slow down, reflect, and be present—values I also bring into my therapeutic practice. I’m married, and we share our home with two older cats. Even though I would have called myself more of a dog person, I have a lot of love for all animals.
When I’m not working, you can often find me riding my motorcycle along quiet back roads, enjoying a good cup of coffee or chai from my ever-growing mug collection, designing graphic t-shirts, or diving into the creative world of tabletop role-playing games (like Dungeons & Dragons). These hobbies remind me to embrace adventure, creativity, and connection, all of which influence how I approach life and therapy.
