HOW WE CAN HELP:
COUPLES THERAPY

LEarn together,
grow together,

heal together.

Relationships thrive on connection, trust, and understanding—but they also take work. Whether you're looking to improve communication, rebuild intimacy, or heal from past wounds, therapy provides a space to reconnect and move forward together. Through an Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) lens, we help couples navigate challenges, strengthen their bond, and foster deeper emotional security. Every relationship has the potential for growth - let’s explore what that looks like for you.

HOW WE CAN HELP:
INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Deepen your
connection
within yourself
and with others.

Therapy is a space to explore, reflect, and grow. Whether you're navigating life transitions, processing past experiences, or seeking more balance, we’ll work together to understand your emotions, patterns, and relationships. Grounded in a multi-disciplinary and trauma-informed approach, individual therapy supports you in building self-awareness, resilience, and meaningful change. You don’t have to figure it all out alone—let’s take the next step together.

Clinical Supervision & Practicum

Guidance
Rooted in
Experience,
Connection,
and
EmotionALLY-
Focused
Therapy

Supervision is more than oversight—it’s about fostering growth, insight, and confidence in your therapeutic practice.

At Streams of Life, clinical supervision is led by Josh Johnston, an experienced trauma-informed therapist with over a decade of experience and advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

Whether you're a therapist working toward registration or a practicum student stepping into the field, you’ll receive mentorship that is grounded in clarity, compassion, and an unwavering focus on the power of human connection.

For practicum students, we offer a small, selective program designed to provide real-world experience with supervision, administrative support, and exposure to EFT-based approaches.

Supervision and practicum opportunities are primarily virtual, with limited in-person availability.
